![]() ![]() ![]() So if you prefer to use your "old" 32 bit plug-ins you are losing nothing by using a 32 bit version of Photoshop as long as your monitor resolution is not too much greater than 1080-Photoshop was never coded properly to scale menus et al. The limits of 32 bit systems and RAM are not as important as many would like to believe in real world use and many people on these forums seem delusional about the way RAM is used by an OS. However a 64 bit system is more desirable for reasons that have more to do with overall multitasking and less to do with the way one person uses Photoshop. There is a big difference between what can be measured and what can be perceived. Studies I have read have shown that there was zilch perceived difference to the end user whether they were using 32 or 64 bit versions of the program when used the way most normal humans use Photoshop, processing one to a few images at a time. If you are so inclined you can research objective tests on the subject or rely on opinion. ![]()
